A blend of 62% Shiraz and 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, Rod and Spur Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon spent two years in barrel before being blended and bottled. Plum, cassis and mint come together on the nose and palate of this medium to full-bodied wine. It's creamy across the mid-palate, ripe and supple, ending with softly dusty notes on the lingering finish. An excellent example of the quintessential Australian blend.
