Composed of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc and without any new oak, the very deep purple black coloured 2018 Echo de Lynch Bages rolls seductively out of the glass with fragrant notes of candied violets, rose hip tea and fragrant soil over a core of crushed blackberries, warm blackcurrants, and kirsch plus wafts of chocolate mint and crushed rocks.
Full, rich, wonderfully concentrated, and well structured, it has a solid backbone of firm, grainy tannins, and bold freshness, finishing long.
Very ripe nose with a very well defined graphite profile, from the first contact Echo de Lynch Bages 2017 shows off its noble origins. The palate is remarkable, we admire the usual velvety, the depth of sap and the grain of refined tannin. Fleshy, suave, a toasted touch of aging and the very assertive side of the whole confirm the accuracy of expression of the noble land of Pauillac. We are on a very beautiful cuvée. The Lynch Bages team made a very great second wine.Aromas of black fruits mixed with notes of graphite.
The 2016 Echo de Lynch Bages is deep garnet-purple colored and opens with kirsch, redcurrant jelly and baked blackcurrants with nuances of tilled soil and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied, packed, elegant, refreshing and tightly wound with firm tannins, finishing long.

Deep garnet-purple in color, it rolls out of the glass with expressive, upfront notes of baked black and red cherries, plum preserves and blackcurrant cordial, followed by hints of new leather, tobacco leaf and a medicinal waft. The medium-bodied palate is chock-full of savoury flavours, with a chewy texture and just enough freshness, finishing a little rustic.
