Recipe:
- 60 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy the smooth and creamy taste.
