- 50 ml HMS Spirits Elizabeth Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 5 ml crème de violette
- 1 egg white
- Edible gold flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, crème de violette, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with edible gold flakes, if desired.
