Colonia Las Liebres is now an organic (certified) range, of which the classical 2019 Colonia Las Liebres Bonarda Clásica comes from a warm year. Almost six hectares were parral planted in 2007 and were the first to be certified organic. The wine keeps the freshness and has unusual floral and elegant aromas. It's 10% carbonic maceration in stainless steel, and the aging was in concrete. It's always around 13% alcohol. Over the years, this range has become less extractive and ripe. Still unbottled, it becomes more elegant with time in the glass.
