Teresa Manara is not only the mother of Augusto Cantele, founder of the winery but also the woman who gave a vital impetus to the realization of the project and the affirmation of a true art of winemaking, acting in as an inspiring muse for subsequent generations. This Chardonnay is dedicated to him, demonstrating the potential and personality of this international grape variety from the Salento region. Intense straw yellow in colour with intriguing green and golden nuances, it exposes on the nose an aromatic range characterized by spicy notes, and floral aromas of acacia and vine, with the addition of fruity and exotic ripe notes. On the palate it is velvety and fresh, embellished by the sweet spiciness of the wood which conquers the palate in all its persistence, highlighting all the particularities of the original terroir.
