Tasting notes

It is in the heart of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam, that Saigon Baigur gin is distilled in a traditional still imported from Europe. On the recipe side, Saigon Baigur gin has 16 botanicals. To the classic juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seed and cardamom are added more exotic ingredients that make this Vietnamese gin unique. Thus the hand of Buddha, the lotus flower and the dragon fruit bring Asian tones to this Vietnamese gin. It is also the dragon fruit that will inspire the shape of the bottle. The flirtatious aromas open with juniper berries and citrus fruits. Very quickly, more lemony notes take on spices. The taste is rich and complex. Juniper berries, and white flowers supported by lemongrass flavours carry on more aniseed flavours supported by more peppery notes.
