Domaine Nico, the first plots of extremely high altitude Pinot Noir. This unusual location for Pinot Noir gives it unique characteristics on a typical terroir of the Uco Valley in Argentina! At an altitude of 1450 meters over an area of 1.44 hectares, this wine is produced in limited quantities. The La Savante 2021 vintage is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, which gives it a little woody side on the palate. It has a fruity, mineral, fresh and complex attack. We find notes of spices and white flowers, and a nice acidity at the end.
