Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and textural, it's ample and enveloping, with a generous core of sun-kissed fruit, a delicate mousse and a nicely defined, delicately sweet finish.

Perrier-Jouët only produces wine in small volumes. Successive cellar masters have managed to preserve its historic treasures, including its first vintages, like Perrier-Jouët 1825 – the oldest champagne currently in existence.
