The colour is a bright pale pink flecked with silver.
The nose is enveloping, mineral and dominated by citrus fruit and enriched by aromas of mango, white peach, raspberry and roasted almonds.
The palate shows a remarkable continuity. Very intense, it takes on breadth with grapefruit zest and empyreumatic notes and ends with a very long, mouth-watering finish and a touch of liquorice.
The wine as a crystal-clear appearance tinged with pink mother-of-pearl. The captivating first nose is suggestive of grapefruit and vanilla. It then opens up with a lovely lemony and mineral freshness and an explosion of citrus and exotic fruit aromas.
The complex ensemble is lifted by touches of wild peach, raspberries and mimosa. The wine is silky, luscious and tangy on entry to the palate, then becomes fuller, fatter and rounder with hints of mango and passion fruit. Its freshness, underpinned by the zesty character of lime and mandarin peel, leads to a saline finish with a subtle peppery persistence.

An artisan cuvée that's an open invitation to take your time and savour every moment.The fruit is explosive, honest, bright and true to the Ott signature style yet it also takes its aromatic depth further with its exquisite body and mouthfeel. The subtle signs of ageing integrate smoothly into the intensity of the fruit, with its fresh, crunchy notes, subtle salinity and perfect balance. Richness and power merge and take on a new dimension, united in a newfound intensity, freshness and seductive opulence.
