The varietal 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon contains 15% Syrah (regrafted from Merlot and Carmenere), which is noticeable in the blend and softens the herbal and peppery character of the Bordeaux grape and makes it more peachy and floral, and its reductive character keeps the freshness. It has good ripeness at 14.5% alcohol, keeping the poise, freshness and balance. They selected the grapes from the upper part of the vineyard, which gives the Maipo Alto character, the minty and herbal touch. It fermented with neutral yeasts and matured in 400-liter French oak barrels for eight months, including malolactic. It has the elegant, sleek and polished style; it is ripe without excess, soft and long, easy to drink, a very good everyday wine. 2019 produced 27,068 bottles and 50 magnums.
