Chartreuse Mimosa

Ingredients

• 45 mlChartreuse Jaune
• 90 mlChampagne
• 15 mlfreshly squeezed orange juice

Method

1. Fill a chilled coupe glass with ice and set aside.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Chartreuse Jaune and orange juice.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Discard the ice from the coupe glass.
5. Strain the Chartreuse-orange mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
6. Top with the chilled Champagne.
