Low & No-Alcohol Provisioning for the Modern Charter Guest

The sober-curious movement has reached the superyacht. In 2026, a well-considered non-alcoholic programme is not optional aboard a world-class vessel — it is a marker of attentiveness to the full range of guest needs. Onshore Cellars has built a comprehensive low and no-alcohol range that matches the quality standards of our wine and spirits offer.

The Demographic Reality

Among the 25–45 age bracket that represents a significant proportion of charter guests, 30–40% are either abstaining from alcohol, actively moderating, or participating in structured alcohol-free periods. This is not a trend that will reverse: it reflects a fundamental shift in the values of high-achieving individuals who understand that peak physical and cognitive performance requires attention to what they consume. The charter vessel that cannot meet this guest with genuine quality alternatives is failing a meaningful proportion of its clientele.

What We Supply

French Bloom Le Blanc and La Cuvée Non-Alcoholic Sparkling are among the most sophisticated non-alcoholic wines we carry — made using genuine dealcoholisation techniques that preserve aromatic complexity to a remarkable degree. We supplied 33 bottles of French Bloom Le Blanc and 10 of La Cuvée last season. Noughty Sparkling, Wednesday's Domaine Vignette, and Chavin ZERO across multiple expressions complete a range that covers every occasion from arrival glass to dinner pairing.

For spirits, we stock Seedlip Garden 108 and Spice 94 — the originals and still among the best non-alcoholic spirit bases available. Almave Ámbar Reposado Non-Alcoholic offers the experience of a premium tequila without alcohol. Tanqueray 0.0% serves guests who want the gin-and-tonic ritual without the alcohol content.

The charter vessel that cannot meet a non-drinking guest with the same quality and thoughtfulness as a drinking guest is making a statement about its priorities. Our non-alcoholic range ensures that statement is never made aboard the vessels we supply.

The Arrival Drink: Solving the Awkward Moment

The most common failure point in non-alcoholic hospitality aboard superyachts is the arrival drink. When the entire table receives flutes of Champagne and the non-drinking guest receives a glass of orange juice, the difference is jarring. French Bloom La Cuvée in an appropriate flute, served at the correct temperature, with a brief explanation from the stewardess, is a solution that is indistinguishable in presentation from the table's Champagne service. We stock it. We recommend it. And we provide the tasting notes.

The Mocktail Programme

Our non-alcoholic spirits stock — Seedlip, Lyre's, Almave, and others — provides the foundation for a serious mocktail programme. Combined with premium Fever-Tree mixers, Alain Milliat juices (we supply 10 expressions, from pineapple to lychee), fresh herbs, and house-made syrups, the interior team can build a mocktail menu that is as complex and satisfying as the cocktail menu. We provide programme consultation on request.
