Angostura aromatic bitters add a layer of complexity, intensify the flavour of other ingredients, counteract the harshness of acidic contents and decrease the harshness of spirits.
Despite its reddish-brown hue, there is an aromatic bouquet of herbs, fruits and spices. As a flavouring agent, it enhances the taste of food and drink.

Angostura Spice
Ingredients
- 60 ml spiced rum
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add spiced rum, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura aromatic bitters.
3. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
