Capitaine's Delight

Ingredients

• 50 mlCAP Gin
• 25 mlLillet Blanc
• 15 mlElderflower Liqueur
• 15 mlFresh Lemon Juice
• 2 DashesAngostura Bitters

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the CAP Gin, Lillet Blanc, Elderflower Liqueur, and lemon juice
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the surface of the drink
