An Italian gin in London Dry style. Declared 9 botanicals, 6 of Italian origin: juniper, orange peel, pink grapefruit, lavender, lemon peel and thyme, and 3 others of oriental origin, ginger, cardamom and coriander. On the nose, immediately a very pleasant scent of juniper, very clear also the musk, as well as lavender, officinal herbs and thyme. In the mouth, hints of liquorice, sweet spices, vanilla, until the arrival of the citrus fruits, and then reassert a salty, marine hint.

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, elderflower syrup, cucumber juice, and celery bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and serve immediately.
