Ingredients

  • 50 mlJoseph Cartron Caramel
  • 25 mlCognac
  • 15 mlFrischer Zitronensaft
  • 10 mlZuckersirup

Method

  1. Füllen Sie einen Cocktail-Shaker mit Eiswürfeln
  2. Geben Sie Joseph Cartron Caramel, Cognac, frischen Zitronensaft und Zuckersirup hinzu
  3. Kräftig 10–15 Sekunden lang schütteln
  4. Das Gemisch durch ein Doppelsieb in ein gekühltes Coupé-Glas abseihen
