Ingredients:
- 60 ml Averna Amaro
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Averna Amaro, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
