The wine opens up to a shimmering pale pink colour. With aromas of fine floral notes of ripe citrus fruits and pink grapefruit. On the palette, the taste is elegant with citron zest, a little yuzu and fresh almonds.
This beautiful wine has a focused intensity with a certain sharpness of minerality. There are lots of finesse on the finish which will be a sensation with a single-sided mullet served with crunchy vegetables.
