Olim Bauda's Gavi di Gavi seduces with its magnificent balance and fruitiness. Yellow fruits, aromas of mint and minerals conquer the senses. Great energy and richness on the palate, but still with fabulous lightness and elegance. Pineapple, honeydew and spring flower aromas lead the way. The fruit aromas carry on to the palate together with tangy citrus before an almond close.
