To reveal the full depth and complexity of the Distillers Edition of Lagavulin, the Master Distiller has hand-selected a small number of casks for double maturation in specially crafted Pedro Ximenez cask-wood. A limited release made usually just once a year, the Distillers Edition of Lagavulin enjoys both Rarity and superior Quality. Each bottle carries a batch number, which designates the selected casks specially crafted for double maturation. The Distillers Edition from Lagavulin is an unforgettable malt whisky with smoky aromas and sweet notes of raisins.

Smoky Sunset

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Lagavulin 2006 Distillers Edition
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Grapefruit twist for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Lagavulin, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and serve.
