Sporting lemongrass, honeyed peaches and wild thyme notes with hints of bell peppers and apple slices, the 2016 Sauvignon Blanc offers a light to medium body with great herbal intensity and a long uncomplicated finish.

Established in 1896, Te Mata Estate is one of the few New Zealand wineries with roots in the nineteenth century. They remain family-owned, proud of their inheritance and committed to the future.
