Petite Immortelle is composed of a mixture of equal parts grenache, carignan, syrah and mourvedre. The wine is subdued in style with more focus on fresh fruit and instant availability, which benefits from the rustic country kitchen in the south of France. Scent of herbs and berries that go again in taste, which is dominated by fresh red fruit. Very well balanced and fresh in style. Required tannins and a fresh, light-colored finish. The wine stores 12 months in used dishes from Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux.
