Aromas of sweet and bitter chamomile with touches of aniseed and coriander seeds giving freshness. Gentle attack on the palate, with a slight touch of sweetness and a bitter background.
Pazo de Señorans was bought in the 1970s by husband and wife team Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque. They started making wine in 1989 and were the driving force behind the creation of the Rías Baixas DO. Seen as the best winery in Gallicia, and widely regarded as the best white wine produced in Spain, the winery is now in the hands of their four children, Marisol, Vicky, Javier and Santiago.
