This is a traditional absinthe recipe made with aniseed, fennel, and the first to contain Scottish Wormwood. It also contains other botanicals the famous Loch Ness juniper.

Absinthe is traditionally drunk as an aperitif and is a social drink. It is designed to be enjoyed with ice cold water and some sugar to taste.
