Leaning against the Black Mountain, the plateau of Minerve combines Pine Forest, Garrigue and Vineyards; habitat perfect for the Brown Hare, a peculiarly long-legged animal that enjoys the vegetative elements of the Grenache and Syrah vines that combine in this richly perfumed wine. A traditional un-oaked wine with fine garrigue aromas and a spicy mid-weight palate of dark berry fruit set by supple tannins.

Created by Master of Wine Liam Steevenson and the Vineyard Productions winemaking team.
