Picpoul grapes grown on mediterranean-facing vineyards as sea-level. Picked ripe they are rushed to the winery, chilled and fermented cold in stainless steel tanks to retain aromatic notes. A portion of heavy lees are fermented separately and blended in before setting and bottling.
COLOUR: Youthful, pale lemon.
AROMA: Lemon and lime, with white blossom and green herbs.
PALATE: Vibrant green apple, bone dry, lees weight and texture. Gripping acidity.
