Gosling's - Black Seal

Tasting notes

Look: Mahogany with copper highlights.
Nose: Delicious scents of vanilla, caramel and butterscotch with hints of fruit cake, spices and herbs.
Palate: Delicately spicy aromas with nice notes of cooked fruit, coffee, plum crumble, molasses with spicy vegetable tips and butterscotch traces. Elegant finish with notes of blackcurrant and roasted cloves.

Established in Bermuda since 1806, the Gosling family has continuously developed trading and trading activities. Its flagship product, Black Seal Rum, takes its name from the black wax seal used by the Royal Air Force to refill champagne bottles during the Second World War. At this time, the shortage of bottles for bottling rum, requires recycling empty bottles for reuse. To develop the reputation and consumption of its rum, the brand Gosling invents the recipe known worldwide Dark'n'Stormy.
