Handcrafted using traditional methods, the key botanicals include rich peppermint for flavour and bilberry and hibiscus for colour. The result is peppery and minty with hint of berry fruits. It mixes perfectly with tonic – particularly Harvey Nichols Raspberry & Mint Tonic – and Prosecco. It can also be served over lots of ice, topped up with cranberry juice and garnished with brambles.
