A focus on responsible vineyard practices and biodiversity lead to the decision in 2018 to vinify a cuvee without added sulphates. Fabre de Nature is the resulting wine. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the last parcels to be harvested in 2018. Minimal interventions were undertaken to preserve the nature of the fruit. Intense purple colour, very expressive nose, with pronounced notes of red fruit. Full bodied and round tannins, with a long finish.
Domaines Fabre is a family-owned estates in Haut-Medoc passing from generation to generation. Concentrating all efforts to offer high-class wines from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot keeping in mind; Eco-friendly cultivation by giving priority to sustainable development in the vineyard and the cellar.
