A fuller bodied, textural style of Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from a single vineyard sight on Dillons Point, cropped at very low levels. Fruit is hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented and aged in older French oak barrels for 18 months. Bottled without fining.
COLOUR: Lemon to gold with green notes.
AROMA: Lemon tart and pink grapefruit on the nose with hints of struck match.
PALATE:Intense with a rich, creamy texture with noticeable flavour layers, finishing long.
