    A pretty straw yellow colour, with golden hues and greenish tones. Profound, intense with balsamic notes which includes tropical fruit cocktail, roast banana, and citrus . There are also some floral notes covering a base layer of chalk and mineral from the Albariza soils. A gentle mouth, with a sweet sensation, well balanced with plenty of crisp acidity and sapidity. Full bodied and persistent. A white that express the albariza type of soil and its proximity to the sea.
