After fermentation in an underground tank, this wine produced in Organic and Biodynamic agriculture has been aged on lees, in Ovoid terracotta (eggs) tanks of 700 liters, for a period of 9 months. These artisanal vats, handmade in Tuscany, provide a very beautiful maturity in this wine by a natural brewing of the lees and a micro-oxygenation of the terracotta. It is a silky, powerful and elegant wine, with a very nice minerality.

Domaine Bonnet-Huteau is located in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, 20 minutes from Nantes. The Bonnet brothers, Jean-Jacques and Rémi, are currently managing the 40-hectare estate with the help of their business partner Vincent Pineau.
In 2005, the brothers decided to convert to organic farming to further express the terroir of the land.
