Bonnet-Huteau - Médolia - Loire

Colour: White
Country: france
Grape: melon de bourgogne
Region: vin de france
Appellation: muscadet sevre et maine

After fermentation in an underground tank, this wine produced in Organic and Biodynamic agriculture has been aged on lees, in Ovoid terracotta (eggs) tanks of 700 liters, for a period of 9 months. These artisanal vats, handmade in Tuscany, provide a very beautiful maturity in this wine by a natural brewing of the lees and a micro-oxygenation of the terracotta. It is a silky, powerful and elegant wine, with a very nice minerality.
