The Art Russe is an exquisitely handcrafted wine dedicated to the pursuit of uncompromising quality. It is created by a team of professionals who share common values: respect for the vine, passion to foster exceptional wines and devotion to centuries old traditions of winemaking.
The joint project of Château La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs and the Art Russe Foundation yielded the unique collection Art Russe, which combines the art of winemaking and the art of painting.
The creation of wine is akin to the work of the artist, and fine wine is a work of art that deserves featuring true masterpieces
of Russian art on its labels.
The iconic works of great Russian artists are featured on the labels of the 2014 and 2015 vintages. The Art Russe Foundation, which owns one of the largest private collections of Russian art of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, granted Château La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs the right to use its name and paintings (12 for each vintage) for wine label design. The idea of the project was born from deep respect for the culture and gastronomic traditions of France, and the refinement of the Russian artistic heritage.
