In the 2018 red, the nose of red and black fruits evolves towards fig. The palate is straight on velvety but still young tannins which bode very well for this wine. The wine is juicy, salivating with saline and garrigue notes. The finish of great finesse is all in balance between fruitiness and salinity.
In the 2011 red, the finely vegetal notes and the tannic vigor of the Cabernet Sauvignon dominate the savory expression of the Syrah. You will be able to open it in at least five years, but it will evolve beautifully over the next fifteen years. It is a red built on a frame of small fresh and tight tannins, silky, very digestible, with a caressing finesse. It is already showing its full potential!
