Ingredients

  • 60 mlBumbu Amber Rum
  • 30 mlfresh pineapple juice
  • 15 mllime juice
  • 10 mlcoconut syrup

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Bumbu Amber Rum, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut syrup.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint.

To serve
