A pure Chardonnay from limestone soils. It has settled nicely in bottle: the limestone minerality is at the forefront now, the salty finish is more pronounced and the nose seems more complex. The three single-plot Chardonnays are quite similar: they share the house style of purity and minerality and are clean and balanced, with moderate ripeness, at least in the sensation. This is superb and really good for the price. It has a beautiful texture.
