Cucumber Blossom
Ingredients
- 60 mlHendrick's Original
- 20 mlelderflower liqueur
- 15 mlfresh lime juice
- 10 mlsimple syrup
- 3 slicescucumber
- 1 sprigfresh mint
Method
- Muddle the cucumber slices and mint sprig in a shaker
- Add Hendrick's Original, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon
