Blue Lagoon Dream
Ingredients
- 50 mlBols Blue Curacao
- 30 mlvodka
- 20 mlfresh lime juice
- 10 mlsimple syrup
- soda water
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Bols Blue Curacao, vodka, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir.
To serve
Serve in a tall, clear glass. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
