  • 60 mlCaol Ila 12 yrs
  • 20 mlVermouth Dolce
  • 2 gocceAngostura Bitters
  • 1 gocciaOrange Bitters

Method

  1. Riempire un mixing glass con ghiaccio
  2. Aggiungere Caol Ila 12 yrs, Vermouth Dolce, Angostura Bitters e Orange Bitters
  3. Mescolare delicatamente fino a quando ben raffreddato
  4. Filtrare il composto in un bicchiere coupe raffreddato

To serve

Servito in un bicchiere coupe, guarnito con scorza d'arancia flambé
