Faust is a 100% Chardonnay grown biodynamically and harvested by hand, fermentation is done using native sulfur-free yeasts, before ageing for seven months in amphorae. A niche wine highly sought after by wine lovers. It has a tiled colour, and an expressive nose with flattering aromas of quince jam, chestnut honey, apricots, grapes and bitter oranges brought by a short maceration of the skins and the juice (wine-style orange ). On the palate, this wine delivers a clean, frank and tense attack while maintaining a beautiful charming roundness with fine but existent tannins. A deep and delicate style with a fruity, chiselled and fluid structure. Long persistence in the mouth. Faust is a wine designed to magnify ageing in amphorae, it will charm fans of orange wines and curious people eager for great discoveries.
