Ingredients

  • 50 mlCellini Limoncello
  • 25 mlGin
  • 25 mlFresh lemon juice
  • 15 mlSimple syrup
  • 1Egg white

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Dry shake without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white
  3. Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds
  4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

To serve

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist expressed over the surface of the drink
