The 2016 Fire Heath Chardonnay starts off with a well-structured mineral nose that also displays fresh lemons, apples and hints of toasted oak. On the palate, the wine is fresh, crisp and lively with citrus pith kissed by sea spray. The wine is medium to full-bodied, and the finish is clean and lingers with a lemony mineral finish that is long and textured.
