Ingredients

  • 50 mlJoseph Cartron Caramel
  • 25 mlCognac
  • 15 mljus de citron frais
  • 10 mlsirop simple

Method

  1. Remplir un shaker de cocktail de glaçons
  2. Ajouter le Joseph Cartron Caramel, le Cognac, le jus de citron frais et le sirop simple
  3. Secouer vigoureusement pendant 10-15 secondes
  4. Filtrer le mélange dans un verre à champagne refroidi

To serve

Servi avec une petite cuillère pour remuer
