The Sauvignon Blanc is very fresh, aromatic, expressive and open, with intense citrus, and nettles on the nose. It has a penetrating acidity and strong flavours, brimming with lime, guava, and passionfruit. A touch of freshly cut green peppers and gooseberry. Full flavoured palate, well balanced and vibrant.
