Ingredients

  • 60 mlMartini Bianco Vermouth
  • 30 mlelderflower liqueur
  • 15 mlfresh lemon juice
  • 60 mlsoda water

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Add Martini Bianco Vermouth, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice
  3. Shake well for 10 seconds
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
  5. Top with soda water and gently stir
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist

To serve

Serve in a tall highball glass with a lemon twist garnish
