Ingredients

  • 50 mlJoseph Cartron Caramel
  • 25 mlCognac
  • 15 mlFresh Lemon Juice
  • 10 mlSimple Syrup

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
  2. Add the Joseph Cartron Caramel, Cognac, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

To serve

Served with a small spoon for stirring
