Citadelle Royal Affair

Ingredients

• 60 mlCitadelle Gin
• 30 mlElderflower liqueur
• 15 mlFresh lemon juice
• 15 mlSimple syrup
• 2 dashesPeychaud's bitters

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
2. Add Citadelle Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Top with 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
