Both dry and sweet, the oaky flavours of this Cuban rum impart a silky opulence and a cascade of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of vanilla. Its warm, long finish presents spicy notes.

- 60 ml Havana Club Maximo Extra Anejo
- 30 ml fresh orange juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
