Ingredients
- 60 mlGoslings Black Seal
- 30 mlfresh lime juice
- 15 mlginger syrup
- 90 mlginger beer
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add Goslings Black Seal, fresh lime juice, and ginger syrup
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger
To serve
Serve in a tall highball glass with a lime wheel and candied ginger garnish
